When I was a senior in high school, I wrote a short story about Jamba Juice.

I got an A- and didn’t think much of it at the time. Five years later, my little sister informed me that my dramatic tale of counting change and botching smoothies was being used as the sample essay in Mrs. Sutton’s creative writing class. It was at that moment I realized my affinity for storytelling might be something I could pursue professionally. It’s my proudest accomplishment to date and a high that I’ve been chasing ever since.

Since then, I’ve been busy crafting UX copy and content strategy for digital products, apps, and audiences across the globe.

I believe that empathy is the most important tool in a UXer’s toolbox and that great online content is clear, human, and accessible.

Whether I'm executing a brand's voice and tone in an error message or building out scalable content frameworks in Figma, I'm always striving to make the digital world a better place for everyone.

In my free time, you can find me snapping pics on one of my vintage film cameras, rating shrimp tacos on my shrimpstagram, or wandering the aisles of the local craft store looking for inspiration for my next DIY project.
